Conference Objectives
- Develop an approach to key pediatric topics important to any front-line emergency provider.
- Improve management of elements of geriatric emergency medicine care including delirium, airways and frailty.
- Formulate an approach to clinical topics including management of foot fractures, using a regional block analgesia for a hip fracture, and ER tips and tricks.
- Explain mental health issues exacerbated by the pandemic and the benefits of a safe injection site.
Target Audience
Family physicians (rural, remote & urban), specialist physicians, nurse practitioners, paramedics and residents. All other healthcare professionals are encouraged to attend.

Conference Fees
- $200 - Physicians/Nurses/Paramedics/Healthcare Professionals
- $100 - Residents/Students
SIM Workshop Fees
- $25 - Open to practicing physicians, nurses, paramedics.
- The Virtual Simulation Workshop will be offered twice with a maximum of 15 participants per workshop. Register for only ONE (1) workshop, as it is the same workshop offered twice.

Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada: This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the Continuing Medical Education Division, University of Saskatchewan for up to 8.5 credit hours.
The College of Family Physicians of Canada: This one-credit-per-hour Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by the Continuing Medical Education Division, University of Saskatchewan for up to 8.5 Mainpro+ credits.
Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada: This activity is an Accredited Simulation Program (Section 3) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and approved by the Continuing Medical Education Division, University of Saskatchewan. You may claim a maximum of 1.0 hours (credits are automatically calculated).
