It is important that you read the Program Eligibility requirements above to ensure you are eligible for the program before beginning your application.

Registration is open throughout the year for both streams. Please be sure to explain your Career Action Plan in detail on registration so that program staff understand your immediate and long term goals, and how you plan to achieve them.
