Dr. David Sauder, MD, FRCSC, DRCPSC (SCORE 2026 Chair)
Bio: Dr. Sauder graduated with great distinction from the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine in 2000. After completing a year in family medicine residency in Regina, he finished his orthopedic residency at the University of Saskatchewan in 2007, where he also received a national award for his research.
He then became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and completed additional fellowship training at the Hand and Upper Limb Centre in London, Ontario, focusing on the upper extremity. His clinical interests and expertise include arthroscopic and open surgery of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand.
Dr. Sauder has practiced orthopedic surgery in Saskatoon for the past 18 years. He is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Saskatchewan and currently serves as Chair of the SCORE Planning Committee.

Dr. Jordan Buchko, MD, FRCSC
Bio: Dr. Jordan Buchko is an Orthopaedic Surgeon practicing in his hometown, Regina, Saskatchewan. He completed his Medical Degree (2009) and Orthopedic Surgery Residency (2014) at the University of Saskatchewan, followed by a Reconstructive Arthroscopy Fellowship (2015) at the University of British Columbia. He has been in practice in Regina since September 2015.
He has special interest and expertise in arthroscopy and sports medicine, with a focus on the shoulder, hip, and knee. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Saskatchewan and is the Orthopaedic Surgery Undergraduate and Postgraduate Education Director in Regina.
He serves as team Orthopaedic Surgeon for the Saskatchewan Roughriders (CFL), University of Regina Rams (USports), and Regina Thunder (CJFL) football clubs and treats various other amateur, junior, collegiate, and professional athletes.

Ryley Sather, MPT, B.Sc. Kin
Bio: Ryley is a registered and licensed physiotherapist who graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2016. Prior to this, in 2014, he graduated with a degree in Kinesiology with distinction. Ryley currently works at Stapleford Health and Rehab in Regina where he has experience working in a variety of areas including sports, post-operative orthopaedics, return to running programs, and general rehabilitation of pain and injuries.
In addition, Ryley specializes in Vestibular Therapy. He has taken Advanced Vestibular Therapy training through the Bernard Tonks Balance and Dizziness Rehabilitation Clinic and training in the treatment of acute and post-concussion syndrome through R2P. He is working through training with the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and has attained Level III certifications in both the upper and lower body. Ryley currently works closely with Prairie Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Jordan Buchko in patient assessment and treatment.
In his spare time, Ryley is an avid runner and sports fan. In the summer he loves camping around the province with his wife Kendall, son Hayes, and dog Maggie.

Regan Coulter, BSc, BScPT
Bio: Regan Coulter is a proud alumna of the U of S School of Physical Therapy and a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual Therapy (FCAMPT). Her physical therapy practice centres on orthopedics with niche practices in pediatrics, hip and pelvic health, professional mentorship, and education. She has been recognized by the Saskatchewan Physiotherapy Association with professional leadership, distinguished educator, and clinical excellence awards.
She currently works with Stapleford Health in Regina, relishing in the complexity of her caseload, the trust of her referring colleagues, and the joy of cool sneakers and the hope of seeing change every day.

Dr. Sukhdeep Dulai, MD, BSc, MHSc, FRCSC
Bio: Dr. Sukhdeep K. Dulai is a Full Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Alberta and a Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Stollery Children’s and Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospitals in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She is a founding member and past president of the Canadian Paediatric Orthopaedic Group (now CPOS), a former Director of the Canadian Orthopaedic Foundation, a 2019 ABC traveling fellow, an executive member of the RCPSC Orthopaedic Surgery exam committee, and the President of the Canadian Orthopaedic Association (2025–2026).
Prior to establishing her surgical practice at the University of Alberta in 2006, she completed medical school and residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Alberta, fellowships in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead (Sydney, Australia) and BC Children’s Hospital (Vancouver, BC), and earned a Master of Health Science in clinical epidemiology at the University of British Columbia. She is the Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery Fellowship Director at the University of Alberta.
Her clinical interests are limb deformities, hip dysplasia, and neuromuscular disorders. She is co-chair of the Paediatric Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation medicine Research Team of Alberta (PORRTAL), the orthopaedic lead of the University of Alberta Paediatric Developmental Hip Dysplasia study group, and a member of the Women and Children’s Health Research Institute (WCHRI).
Along with a focus on improving paediatric orthopaedic care for underserved populations and children with complex orthopaedic conditions such as cerebral palsy, she has a keen interest in initiatives that contribute to the development of healthier and more sustainable surgical practices and health systems, improving patient care overall.

Fanny Yu, MScOT, CHT
Bio: Fanny graduated from Queen’s University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2009.
Fanny has always had a strong passion for hand therapy and began specializing in hand therapy in 2012. She completed the Hand Therapy Fellowship Program at the Roth McFarlane Hand and Upper Limb Centre in London, ON in 2017 and obtained her designation of Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in the same year.
Fanny is dedicated to helping individuals recover function, strength, and independence following injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions affecting the hand and upper limb. She is committed to ongoing professional development and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, individualized care. Fanny currently works as the Senior Occupational Therapist at the Kinetik Hand & Upper Limb Program at Saskatoon City Hospital.

Dr. Zachary Oleynik, MD
Bio: Zach Oleynik is a fourth-year resident with the University of Saskatchewan orthopaedic surgery program. His orthopaedic interests include sports arthroscopy and shoulder reconstruction.

Dr. Lee Kolla, MD, FRCSC
Bio: Lee is an Orthopedic Surgeon based out of Saskatoon. He specializes in adult foot and Ankle Surgery. He completed medical school and orthopedic residency at the University of Saskatchewan, followed by a fellowship in adult foot and ankle surgery through the University of British Columbia in 2012. His practice is focused entirely on providing comprehensive care of foot and ankle pathology and believes it is important that patients understand all aspects of their condition and treatment options. Medical and Surgical education has become a passion for him, and he holds an official advising and mentorship role through the University of Saskatchewan.
He is proud of his prairie roots and feels lucky to work with great people providing surgical care to the people of Saskatchewan and beyond. When not at the hospital, you will find him exploring beautiful northern Saskatchewan with his family and friends.
