Cancellation Policy

All registration fees will be refunded less a $25.00 + applicable taxes administration fee for written cancellation requests received no later than 14 days before the event. Late refund requests (submitted within 14 days of the event) will not be considered.

The Division of Continuing Medical Education, University of Saskatchewan, reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to insufficient registration or other circumstances beyond its control. Should the event be cancelled by the Division, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
